Ole girl behind the counter got big mad when I was paying with my card cause I didn't want to put my PIN# in their card reader. Asked her to use it as a credit card. I showed her my ID which matched the card and the cashier still wanted me to put my PIN#. The purchase amount was over $25 so the debit card could be used as a credit card. She told me the credit card company told her they needed to GET PIN#s when customers use a debit card or they would lose money. Told the lady to give me back my card cause I refused to put in my PIN#. She then ran the card as a credit card while she yelled at me. I will never go back to such rude customer service. I felt that it was something big shady with the machine as to why she kept insisting that I provide my PIN#. Be very careful when you go ther

Just needed 1 item and was told I need to spend more than $5. Whom ever tried to argue n go back n forward with me. Sir try again I go spend my black dollars elsewhere. N boom just like that went down the street n got what I needed for same price. N a free comb. STOP MAKING PPLE PAY FOR YOU ALL FEES just because I’m using a card.

I have nothing really bad to say about the store itself, but the wigs, however, are a different thing. There aren't many to choose from especially when it comes to front lace wigs. And if it wasn't a front lace wig it looked and felt like sandpaper. It just wasn't my cup of tea. The owners were sweet and kind so I will give them another chance.

Today I attempted to purchase an item that was labeled 10.99. It rang up 18.99. When I brought it to their attention "Max" scraped the 10.99 off . He went to the shelf that was marked 12.99. I told him that its not my error but he REFUSED to be honest and sale the item at what they had marked. PLEASE STOP shopping where you're not honored. Two Asian employees claimed they weren't the owners; they only work here. Imafe that ? I will never spend another dollar in this place that blatantly has dishonest practice. They don't care nor value you. My monies matter and so do I. Its the principle for me.

I have used this beauty supply store for over 5 years and today I received the worst customer service ever! The ladies were very rude and did not want to answer any questions. They were not helpful at all. Not sure what happened but I will not be back. USA Beauty in Mesquite was so hospitable and the prices were lower. The citizens of The City of Garland deserve better.
