I waited 30 minutes past my appointment and when I mentioned that this is a workday and I didn’t appreciate how late the person ahead of me went, Latonya was extremely rough for the Brazilian. I have no idea why this infuriated her. I felt straight up assaulted. I had been going to her for years and we had a very good relationship up until I dared say something very gently about the ridiculously late time my appointment actually started. I will never go back and I hope you are aware that you can’t criticize anything or she will physically abuse you during a service in a very sensitive area

After giving birth to my daughter via c section, I deserved a very long and relaxing massage. I wanted one that would give my postpartum tummy a reviving scare tissue massage so I wont leave with an overhang. Carlos delivered, his hands are truly blessed. He made me feel comfortable and inquired about my trouble areas in which I wanted him to focus on. The ambiance was so beautiful and peaceful, that I fell asleep during our session a few times. After two hours of my whole body relaxing massage, I felt like a new person. Thank you Carlos and also thank you Kim for making this all happen. This family own business is one of a kind and I can't wait to check out the other services that they provide.

This was an amazing experience! The customer service made me feel cared for, from start to finish. The ambience and scents soothed your soul even coming from the biting cold outside.
