Kendall is the best massage therapist I have ever met. She is helping me work through chronic pain that I have had for 20 years. She is intelligent in body mechanics. She has given me stretches to complete at home to help my body to heal. She is awesome massage therapist.
If you're looking for a great deep tissue massage, Kendall is the therapist to pick at Fitness 1 in Wellington. Kendall was an expert at working out all the knots in my back and shoulders. I felt so much relief afterwards.
Kendall really cares about her clients, and making them feel so much better afterwards! Very professional. Highly recommended!
