I booked a full leg wax and I will just have to say this was my worst wax experience of my life! My appt was at 10:30 in the morning and I swear it was noon by the time I left and it was listed as a 30 minute service. I had to go back over the work and had so many big patches of hair and hard wax left on my legs☹️ The owner had to come help the new girl waxing me and I personally wouldn’t have left my legs in the condition they are in, being the owner. I don’t think I will return even though I had really high hopes for this business. I did like the waiting area and Regan was nice and the owner did give me 50% off my service for the experience I had. They have a lot of services to offer but maybe they need to at least know how to complete the service with good quality before offering the se
