I have gotten dip powder on my natural nails for over a year now. My dip powder lasts 2-3 weeks without any breaks. My natural nails have gotten stronger and healthier.

Went in today to treat myself to a Pedicure. Went at Lunch, not busy and was seated right away. I chose to upgrade to the $45 Deluxe to enjoy 10 minutes of massage. Unfortunately the guy that did my pedicure rushed. Like he wanted to get me in and out. He didn't ask what Scrub scent I wanted which is also part of this Upgraded Pedicure, in fact he skipped that altogether! He rushed through the massage part so fast, I got no more than a couple minutes. This is incredibly disappointing because I do t get to treat myself often.

Very rushed, they were very rude towards me and my friends and while doing my gel manicure one of them cut my fingers and it was like I had to be perfectly still and couldn’t even relax and enjoy my evening with my friend cause they were doing a rushed job. They were also rude towards us when we asked for a certain temperature of water while doing our pedicures. I like cold water on my feet and my friend liked warm water. When we asked for cooler or warmer water they just told us they waters fine you’ll be ok. If you are doing a service for someone and the customer asks for something to make them more comfortable you should do it. Let’s just say I can see why they only have 3 stars instead of 4. Very rude would never come back.

I did my nails a day ago and this was the final result after I tried to remove the acrylic that was smeared all over the cuticle myself at home. At first they worked very well, but in the last few months, the work they do hasn't been very good.

I visited Who Dat Nail Spa on September 8, 2025, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the service. Today is September 20—only 12 days later and three of my Gel-X nails have already broken. I don’t mind paying extra for quality, and I’ve had Gel-X nails before that lasted 3–4 weeks with no issues. But this set barely made it two weeks. I paid over $100 expecting durability and good craftsmanship, and honestly, it just wasn’t worth it. The experience during the appointment was fine, but the longevity of the nails is unacceptable for the price. I won’t be returning.
