White Stone Eyelash

I’ve been coming to Whitestone lash for 4+ years but I’ve noticed over the last 6 to 8 months. The workers are really starting to not care about making it over relaxing, peaceful environment. I can’t just lay down and close my eyes and let the technician do my lashes without laughing and talking of all the employees very loudly. It’s taking away the experience and the reason that I come to this place for lashes. I used to be able to go and lay down and almost fall asleep because they would make it so calm and serene now all the employees and technicians are talking to each other like we’re in a nail salon. It’s very loud and very unpleasant And another thing for frequent customers that have been coming there for 4+ years and they know that I am a very good tipper. I never not tip, but some

My lashes all fell off within a week. The lash tech was rude and assumed I didn’t speak Chinese and made comments about me behind my back. Overall, not a good experience.

I love this place. They are always so friendly and inviting. The place is spacious and clean. I get my lashes done by Mei who I’ve been going to for a few years and she does such a great job. I am always very comfortable and so relaxed during the hour that sometimes I even fall asleep. I typically go every 3 weeks and the lashes hold up pretty well in between appointments. No complaints. I would highly recommend.

This is the only lash place I will visit! Everyone is so kind and it is such a calm and relaxing environment. I go to Grace and her lashes are absolutely beautiful and last so long (and I’m rough on my eyes as a contact and makeup wearer). They are somehow so natural looking but really make my eyes pop. Couldn’t recommend more!
