Had a prenatal massage here today with Diane. Whole spa is absolutely spotless and relaxing. All staff are very friendly. Diane is amazing, I will be back every month. I was able to book my appointment the same day due to a cancellation which was greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to try other services! This place is a gem, 10/10 recommend.

Sister and I had 90 minute massages. The ambience was amazing. The massages were great! We already rebooked.

I would also rate my experience as a zero. The massage employee canceled twice and used the excuse that her relative passed away. *(This is a sad moment in everyone's life.) Facebook is a pain for some at times when their excuse doesn't match their apparent plans for Chicago on the weekend. This was upsetting and grounds for a refund. I had to push hard for the return of my couples massage as this was a certificate purchase. The take away? Do not purchase a certificate with this massage company. I had a deep tissue massage for the first time. It was amazing! I appreciated that they use hot stones, cupping, and other methods to help alleviate my symptoms. I will definitely be coming back.

If you’re looking to get a relaxing experience when visiting the Galena/Dubuque area. This is a must stop. We were so thrilled to get a couples massage here and when I say we got a super experience, this is an understatement. From the minute we walked in everything was so relaxing. The fountain they had flowing, the scent that they had in the air, and the friendly welcome we received. On top of that both my wife and I received high-quality massages that were desperately needed. The cherry on top was the coffee experience post massage. They definitely went out of their way to make our experience one to remember! I hope to return again on our next trip to the area.
