White River Dental

This is a wonderful facility with a great staff. No one likes to go to the dentist. But they make it very pleasant. Dr Lenos is funny and and informative and makes the experience really great. Elizabeth and Jesus are super. Friendly, kind, informative. I would 100% recommend them and we already have. And the Saturday hours are awesome considering that we work long hours every day.

First i appreciate the office being open on Saturdays! The staff were amazing and Dr Strickland is so wonderful! I needed a one day notice appointment for a tooth needing pulled and they made sure to get me in. The appointment went flawless and Dr Strickland even called me at 7 on his own Saturday evening to personally check on me. How could you not rate them 5 stars!

I did get to write my review a little late but it was something I've been wanting to get too. The people here are AMAZING. by any means they are no short of kind. I recommend seeing Renate for an assistant. She's the most kind and honest person I've delt with customer service wise. All of the dentist there are FLAWLESS, and helpful to the best content. I've been going here for 3-5 years and I'll continuing going here. I have ZERO complaints.

This was my first time being seen. I was told that I would need a lot of teeth removed. Dr. Strickland really pushed me to get implants. He told me if I did not it would shave up to 15 years off my life. He went on and on pushing implants. I told him I just couldn’t afford them. He went on to say “oh it’s just 30,000 to 50,000 dollars, and that I could get a loan, and that It is no different than a car payment, and it could be pushed out over 10 to 12 years”. It may not be much to him but it is to most other people. After I told him that this is not the option I want, he never said another word to me. He said a few things to his assistant, and walked out. No thank you, I will see you soon, anything. I was no longer a priority when he found out I would not be choosing the expensive option.

Save your money and avoid this place. My wife had a crown done here last year. We were quoted a price and we paid the full amount at the visit. A year later, they sent us a new bill claiming the system hadn’t been updated. Very unprofessional — save yourself the time, money, and stress.
