The ladies here give a great massage. They worked out every knot. Some I didn’t even know I had! I recommend highly to anyone in need of a massage. Especially moms with one too many kids lol.

The best massage I’ve ever had! After experiencing several days of headaches caused by tension in my neck and shoulders, I decided to visit the White Plains Spa. I was able to book a 30-minute appointment for the same day after work, and it exceeded all my expectations. Despite the short session, I received an incredible deep tissue massage. The massage therapist intuitively focused on the most painful areas in my neck, providing much-needed relief. I left a cash tip because the pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other massage services in the area. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to everyone!
