White Pine Wellness (Holistic Education and Treatment Center)

From the space (filled with plants, love, and calming energy) to the people (true Earth angels), Sarah has created a magical atmosphere. The sound healing baths are otherworldly, cozy in all the right ways, and truly healing. She set intentions and talked to us so calmly before starting and I was able to connect with some kind hearted souls. I’m really excited to head back again!

I am writing to share my incredibly positive experience at White Pines Wellness, which truly feels like coming home due to its wam and inviting atmosphere. I recently had the opportunity to participate in the Reiki 1 & 2 intensive, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. Sarah created a beautiful and enriching environment filled with deep knowledge, genuine warmth, and a strong sense of community among participants. I highly recommend it.

Warm, welcoming, beautiful, unpretentious, and filled with plants and incredible chimes that you inadvertently walk into that then bless you with healing sound. I attended the Reiki course, and loved being in Sarah’s space. She has any easiness about her and a strong wealth of knowledge to share, which she does with honesty and vulnerability. White Pine Wellness feels like home and I plan to sign up for more continuing education for my massage therapy practice. I am definitely booking a Thai massage. Can’t wait to visit again!

I had the pleasure of being a part of the Reiki Level 1 and 2 Intensive with Sarah Daigle this past weekend. Sarah radiates sunshine. White Pine Wellness center is carefully curated down to the smallest detail with love. Sarah was so warm, welcoming and easy to talk to. The class was a full day and we all seemed to leave feeling lighter than we entered. Knowing nothing of Reiki, the class covered everything even down to how to run your own reiki business and protect your energy. I am so grateful for White Pine Wellness center and will absolutely be back for more classes. If you are thinking of joining something there, don’t hesitate! Sign up for body work or a class, it will be one of the best things you do for yourself!!

I attended a Reiki level I and II certification course this past weekend, and I have to share how exceptionally incredible Sarah and the entire experience was. Sarah and her space have an energy that I can only describe as comforting, warm, welcoming, and holding so much beauty and light. She was clear, open to any and all questions, led us with such grace, and truly cultivated such a wonderful environment to learn in. It was a day that I will forever hold significant in my life, and I will absolutely plan on coming back for future classes, and experiences. If I could give Sarah more than 5 stars, I would! ♡
