I never understood why people would pay to get their lashes done when you can just throw lashes / mascara on. However, after experiencing Whiplashed - I get it. Their craft has made it possible for me to save time daily, & experience a new confidence I can’t explain. The salon is always clean, plays good music. The staff is friendly, professional, thorough and incredibly talented. There have been a couple times where I’ve had to reschedule last minute, and Dani has been more than helpful. She made a way when I thought it wouldn’t be possible. She has been attentive and informational, giving me different time / tech options to choose from. Thank you for helping me feel and look my best. You guys are the real MVP

I received a message on 1/26/26 from the scheduler Dani that the my lash artist Saima is no longer with the company. I have a mutual friend that sees her too so when I got the message from the salon I messaged her and asked her if she got the same message and she told me Saima's last day was 1/18/26. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the scheduler. I had an appointment on 7/26/25 and Dani messaged me on 7/24/25 asking if I could push my appointment back because there were overlapping appointments. It was my only day off that week and I could not push it back and she still did. I messaged her "There have recently been several cancellations and appt changes this is really frustrating I work a lot and have very limited free time" and SHE NEVER RESPONDED OR APOLOGIZED. W

I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so inviting, with ultra-girly decor that I absolutely loved—think pink everything, chic furnishings, and all the insta-worthy wall prints. The service was thorough and attentive. Marla took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, ensuring that every detail was perfect. I appreciated how she explained the process and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. Now for the best part—my lashes look absolutely amazing! They're full, beautiful, and perfectly crafted to enhance my eyes. I've received so many compliments already! If you're looking for a place that combines great service, ultra-girly ambiance, and stunning results, I highly recommend Whiplashed.

I’ve been coming to Whiplashed for years and as long as they are around this is where I’ll be. Reagan is my GIRLLL. So talented and contributes so much to my beauty routine! 🤗 I also will see Nicole a lot too. But really they are all great.

I have been coming here for about 5 months now and I have zero complaints! They’re all so professional and nice ! And I love the mini fill option ! My lashes always look good and stay nice !
