Whack-A-Do Plus

I went to this place on Saturday and spoke to some guy named RON, he told me he could not do my husband hair that night and he can do it on Monday night and even stay after hours for us because my husband needs his hair done he had events that is happening soon to be santa 🎅 he promised us he would be there hell we even brought enough cash 💸 to make it up to him!! I am beyond pissed!!! Noone even called to say this Ron guy was not coming in today!!!!

Had a perm 02/11/25. It is 06/08/25. I have not so much as a wave on my hair. The day I had the perm I came to my appointment time, but my stylist wasn't there. That set the stage for my experience. My entire appointment seemed *RUSHED*, she left several times to smoke, take a call, and finish her lunch. At the time I thought the perm looked good, my tip was evidence of my appreciation. I have needed another perm since my first wash. I understand we have bad days. But when your bad day costs me money...yeah that's my issue. And a little at how invisible you made me feel, by how you were entirely distracted you were. No hate. Just burnt once twice shy.

Alley did an amazing job on my hair today. I got a spiral perm and it is gorgeous. I highly recommend getting Alley to do your hair. She is very professional and kind.

Was told to wait an hour to get my hair trimmed. . It was longer than hour
