WeWork Office Space & Coworking

This WeWork location provides phenomenal customer service. We’re planning a large networking event and needed to look at our space to test out all technology. After we ran into a small problem (nothing to do with WeWork), one of their staff came upstairs and helped us for over 30 mins. Her name is Emily. She dropped everything, fully dedicated her time to us, and ensured we were all set for tomorrow. Impeccable customer service. Thanks Emily! PS: Amanda is awesome, too!!!!

WeWork in Coral Gables (Giralda Plaza) has a super friendly team and a great vibe. They host lots of events to bring the community together, which makes it more than just a workspace. Highly recommend!

The employees are polite, but they assume you've been there before, rather than taking the time to explain how the shared workspace works- so you are pretty on your own when signing in. Offices are clean, conference rooms of all different sizes can be booked, and they have large monitors that are pretty easy to get your computer connected to. Its very important to note, the Giralda Place parking garage accesses two SEPARATE We Work locations (one on Giralda, and one on Ponde de Leon). I was told you cannot access the Giralda one from the Ponce entrance so keep that in mind as youre parking. The garage is also pretty expensive if you want to park for a full workday, $16 for 8 hours.

Emily & Amanda make the WeWork experience topnotch! Coming in and seeing them greet, smile, and engage opens the experience! Of course coffee is nice too! 😄

Reserved a meeting room for Saturday morning. Could not gain access to location. Locked out of building. Nobody answers intercom or phone number listed. Wework locations worldwide are notorious for this. If your card is not working or misplaced you are out of luck. Of course they will still charge your credits even though they ripped you off!! I was sent a survey by Gia Castro (probably fictitious name), even they did not respond! Calling their national customer service line is also useless because you get a remote worker in another land and they wait a few seconds and then hang up on you after you start talking. This is done so it shows they answered. My advice is to try a regional or other national co-working company. We have used them in different countries. They typically bait-n-s
