WeWork Office Space & Coworking

Crowded, but not overly so on a Wednesday. I was able to find a spot at a table, but I can see how it can get really packed during other busier days. Staff was helpful in helping me confirm a room I had booked and they were good about helping others boot out freeloaders from rooms they didn't pay for, so no complaints here.

Great venue but overcrowded . I signed up because it was a few minute walk from my place and then found out there are no bookable desks 2-3 months out (the entire period I intended to use it). Be warned they don’t make it easy to cancel your membership. After being duped into signing on solely for a location which I was told was unavailable after becoming a member- I am still being invoiced despite sending emails and calling well in advance to cancel. There is no option to cancel the membership in the app. Facilities are pleasant however this is an dishonest, money-grabbing company that I would not recommend to anyone.

So glad I booked a tour even though I nearly went ahead & submitted payment for the monthly all access pass. Onsite staff took no initiative in actually providing a tour of the space, seemed completely indifferent to my questions, and revealed that the next available opening for the common area was a month from now. The gym analogy they extend to handle concerns around the capacity issues as a All Access member vs On Demand daily pass user is laughable.

The space is beautiful. Unlike other WeWork locations, it's just one floor. I think this really fosters a tight knit community because inevitably everyone ends up in the kitchen. The rooftop is a very happy addition to the community! Also, our staff is wonderful and very intentional in their programming. They connect our community with a lot of local businesses/people and really try to cater to what we need, overall. The only thing that could make this space better is a barista 😁🙏

I spent 5 hours there before canceling my membership! WeWork is probably the first name that come to mind for co-working space but there are many other options in NYC now that are way better. WeWork service is very poor, the people overall are rude and it is overpriced. The place is dog friendly, I have a service dog, the receptionist started harassing me saying it wasn't, without even asking me for my card. It actually did not even matter as they do accept dogs at this place!!! Then I could not connect to internet, I use Linux like most of the developers, they did not have any instructions for Linux users while they are some security checks (the connection requires more than a login and a password). I asked the receptionist, she did not want to help me, she said it was not her concern a
