I visited this salon with my partner on 9/27, (my partner has shared our bank statement confirming we did infact visit this salon despite the business trying to say we did not.) I am giving two stars because my nail tech was incredibly kind, the same cannot be said about other techs and employees in the building. The one who took care of my partner was openly rude and I later heard a tech next to mine make jokes and jabs towards what my partner was asking for. This is simply unacceptable customer service especially for the work provided. My own nails were applied unevenly and not flush with my cuticles making them look grown out when I literally just got them done. I’ve given this place so many chances over the past few years because it’s close to my home. Today was my last time. Got a simple pedicure. I wasn’t asked if everything looked ok so checked after I paid and before sitting for my toes to dry. The big toe was missing polish in the corner and it was the same toe he had been fussing with so he was aware. I pointed it out and he fixed it. Or so I thought. Just looked at it again and it’s worse. I probably wouldn’t have said anything while there because at that point, it just shouldn’t be this hard. I’ll fix my own toe and have a lesson learned. I had such a great experience here! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and really took their time to make sure my nails came out perfect. REPLYING TO OWNER LYING ABOUT SERVICE ON MY OTHER EMAIL REVIEW(scroll down to find)!!!! Here’s a receipt for ya since you claim to have “reviewed footage” and I was never a patron. I suggest maybe not lying and also lying about your nail art and stealing it from other salons. Attached below are images of my painfully drilled thin, bubbly and uneven gel nails, along with receipt and proof they steal their posted nail art, THEY ARENT CAPABLE OF SUCH DESIGNS and it’s 2025 google reverse image search has been a thing, also notice how all the nails ACTUAL CUSTOMERS post is COMPLETELY different than what they themselves post. Look for somewhere else unless you want to leave in pain with ugly nails. It’s not slander if it’s true and if you actually took feedback seriously there wouldn’t be so man

I have now visited this salon twice, and both times have resulted in profoundly negative and unacceptable interactions with the staff. My first visit involved my nail technician becoming hostile and speaking negatively about me in a different language after I made a reasonable request to be careful with the drill during dip polish removal. Despite that, I returned. This second experience was worse. I simply asked my nail technician a question to confirm a detail about the callus remover service I was receiving. The woman pictured then came over and proceeded to belittle and disrespect me loudly in front of the entire salon. She aggressively shouted about my purchase, refused to let me speak to clarify my question, and then dismissively threw her hand up at me before walking away. Her act
