Service was great. I came in earlier in the week to ask questions about the spray tanning process. The girl at the front desk was wonderful. When I came in later to use the spray tanning machine, the girl that checked me in gave me some quick directions that helped me feel comfortable as a first timer. The machine was easy to use and the booth was clean. My tan came out great.

Grace gives me my Cryo facials. They are firming.and I glow afterwards and feel lifted, which is good, because I’m in my fifties now. Time flys by, became Grace is so much fun! Totally recommend the packages are reasonably priced especially on holidays.

This was my first time coming here for a spray tan, and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The two girls working at the front (one blonde and one brunette) had no idea what they were talking about. When I asked simple questions about prep and how the spray tan works (front and back, etc.), their response was, “I’m sorry, I’ve never used the machine before so I wouldn’t know.” That was honestly shocking why would a business hire employees who don’t even know how to explain how their own service works? It made me feel really uneasy about going through with it. When I asked for a refund because I was dissatisfied, they just gave me excuses instead of taking accountability. I was there on Sunday 1/4/26 around 3pm, and there was a girl with blond wavy hair (medium length),I'm sorry I don't know her name but she's always so kind and has great customer service. When I see her at the counter, it puts a smile on my face. Next time I go, I will get her name.

Since Kensey (Valencia locations employee) suggested me an ungraded my membership payment, my experience changed (in a positive way), 100%. Usually I use bed #10, which is always clean and available. I highly recommend Kensey, she is so nice, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you
