Stay away from this place!! I wish I could give this place zero stars. We had a terrible experience here. The doctor was still pulling my son’s wisdom teeth out as he was waking up from the anesthesia and they didn’t give him more Novocain or anything. As my teenaged son was in the recovery room literally in the worst pain of his life, the rude tech said “can one of you pay attention to me so I can give you the instructions?” I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Today was my first experience with Dr Li and I have to say I'm more than a little upset. The procedure seemed to have gone well but I'm not very confident in Dr Li. When I saw him for the consultation, we barely spoke. He confirmed the tooth I was having an issue with that needed an extraction. It was a failed root canal and I tried to express my concerns but he didn't really pay that much attention. I did raise concerns about my being asthmatic and he did respond to that. Said to see the staff upfront to schedule the procedure. Staff calls the following week to go over my surgical plan before I'm scheduled to go in and they mention a bone graft. I said that's the first I heard of a bone graft and I didn't want one. They insisted this had been discussed with me. I said I wasn't in the room

Dr. Paul Li removed all four of my wisdom teeth three weeks ago and I have nothing but good things to say. From the consultation to the surgery to the follow up all of the staff has been very kind and reassuring. During the consultation, Dr. Li was very informing and reassuring about the whole process. He’s very straight to the point, but not in a rude way at all. He won’t coddle you but he will treat you very well. He is also patient with questions. Day of my surgery, my mom was still a little hesitant & worried about the whole process and the medication/drugs used, but he and the staff took their time to reassure her and answer every question she asked. I had zero complications during the surgery or during the recovery process. No pain or dry socket and I was back to normal pretty much

Two years ago I came here with my mother to extract all 4 wisdom teeth. When I got there they took her phone number to call her when they were done to come get me, but after the procedure, I sat in the recovery room alone for some time with someone coming in two different times to ask me if she was here or where she could be. Since the waiting room was overflowing, she was in the car, waiting for the call which never came. When they finally went outside to find her, she was confused as to why they didn’t call, and ultimately my anesthesia wore off before we could get my medication and I was in excruciating pain for around 2 hours. Dr. Geron is the best! I started started seeing him 3 years ago for TMJ. He came up with a plan for me and the pain and headaches stopped. He continues to provide great care at my annual appointments.
