Rosalie did an absolute amazing job on my hair! My highlights look awesome, it was exactly what I was looking for. The haircut is perfect too.
A year ago, I rated this place 5 stars and I'd give more now if I could. I have a special little guy with lots of sensory issues and Katie is the only one he lets cut his hair. She is patient, so very accommodating, communicative and understanding. We have tried other locations that gave him a haircut but also spiked his anxiety as they weren't attuned to his needs. Katie goes the extra mile. Those with special needs kiddos understand how truly valuable that is. In the area we live in I wasn't sure I'd have the resources needed for a good experience but we really lucked out with West Side Salon. I can't recommend it enough.
I enjoyed my time here! Rosalie was very friendly and and did such a good job with layering and trimming my hair. I'll go again!
The place has changed to the new owner, and it looks beautiful but still a great place for a haircut.
. Salon called back and left a message that they don't do manicures, etc
