I saw Dr. Yousef (spelling) the first time doing a check up and cleaning and they were very fast and efficient. I just needed to have a crown put on on too 14 and Dr. Ozzie performed the crown and I have never in my life. Had a dentist who made it so painless as Dr. Ozzie the only pain I felt was literally the needle from the Novacaine going into my gums other than that, I felt nothing.

A short while ago I discovered West loop smile studio, and it was a great experience, very professional and pleasant... definitely coming back.

Be sure to confirm services they're providing during your visit. During a routine cleaning, I was provided questionable additional services (more than one), billed improperly, requiring lengthy reimbursement follow up and ultimately forced to take the expense as a loss. The whole experience felt off. Further, I've read a few additional reviews and responses - it appears smile studio may have a bad Apple. After 7 years, I've decided to go elsewhere for my dental healthcare.

I found my new dentist. My partner and I went for the first time and we had a very positive experience. The staff is friendly, approachable and engaging. We didn't have to wait to be seen and we were out quickly. The atmosphere is inviting and very comfortable. It is very different than what I'm used to and I'm grateful. 7/2022 update- legit did a cleaning and had me out in 21 minutes. That's high quality service. 10/22 update- Smile Studio continues to provide the care that I’ve grown to expect from them. 8/25- Dr. Clark may be my favorite dentist. She is absolutely a treasure. I felt welcomed, valued, seen, and wanted, while wrapped in luxury from the eye mask, heated towels, and massage chair. I believe in building a care team that wants me to succeed and I fully believe she does.

Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating, informative, non judgmental, fast, and painless. This has been the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Had my wisdom teeth extracted and a deep cleaning all done in a little more than a hour.
