Fernando is a hair God! He knows his stuff, he listens, he advises and he takes his time to make sure your hair is perfect. He's not a trendy Instagram stylist with outrageous prices. He knows hair, he knows people and his rates are reasonable. I literally sit in his chair and let him do whatever he wants and it's always amazing. My favorite thing about his style and cuts though, is that I can go 6 months without a haircut and his cuts still hold their shape and style amazingly!

This was the worst service eveever. 2 of my friends and I made an appointment at 11 am for 3 people but ended up only being 2 due to last minute accidents. We called one week before for 3 people. We were 22 mins late but she kept saying 30 mins late. We knew we were late so we were aware she wouldnt be be able to do 3 but we told her it would just be us 2. I went first and told her It was my first time and she got very annoyed. She used the same strip and was very rough. When I groan in pain I caught her giving me a hateful look. I kept looking at her through the mirror and she kept giving me this angry look. I got a groupon so I decided to go through with it anyway. I understand I was late but just reject your customer instead of hurting them or being rude. Also.. shes not friendly to the

Terrible over the phone service. I got hung up on a total of three times simply trying to get in touch with one of the employees.
