West End Nails

No no and no!!! The lady did my nails and they are all different shapes and sizes! They are bulky like she used too much acrylic and she didn’t file them down so they would not bleed over into my cuticle. She didn’t clean around my nails to Get the residue off and every time I mentioned an issue she seemed annoyed with my complaints. The ombré looks like 2 different colors instead of a blend. I paid $85 for American nails with no design and now I have to pay to get them fixed. I will never go back here again!

Today was my first visit here. I was greeted quickly and seated. My technician Lisa did an awesome job with both my pedicure and later full set. I’m so glad she suggested the jelly spa bath since it was so relaxing. Not to mention that is was lavender scented which is my favorite! I loved both my final results. Would definitely return again.

West End Nails is the place to go! Mr. Peter and his coworkers always get my right! Massage chairs, hand and feet massages…the whole 9 yards! Today, Mr. Peter did my sparkly pink French tip free-handed and they’re all identical. I always have a pleasurable experience with a good price at the end. Thank you, West End Nails!

Only two people were working and they did not communicate how long the wait would be. They didn’t ask specifically what we wanted until we sat down and got mad at our requests since I guess they wanted to leave. I asked for simple dotted daisies and he insisted on stickers, which he ended up folding half of them and running out at the end, so not all of them match. It was rushed and all the nails are lumpy and cracked on the edges. Never coming back.

I came here on a whim to get a mani pedi and my eyebrows waxed on a Sunday because most other salons are closed. The service was amazing and the technicians very kind. Jenny was my tech’s name and she works Thursdays and Sundays. I was asked if I liked their work throughout the process, which is rare with most places! I also took note of how clean they are. They sanitized my hands and feet as well as their tools and the tub for the foot spa.
