Emily does a great job with my whole families haircuts. Plenty of parking and great hours too! Emily also does great with my young child who is quite weary of new people and screams for haircuts. He has never screamed for Emily! She’s amazing!!

Miss Patsy is personable and sweet, she listens to what I need/want but knows how to incorporate what will truly work for my hair type! She has always done a great job. Ive struck out with a lot of places and people over the years so to see someone again is a big deal for me. So I trust her and have seen her 4 or 5 times now ❤️

Lori has been coloring my hair for years and I will follow her wherever she goes. She is a master colorist! ❤💇‍♀️

Small shop located near my home. Love love love Kristen as she has been doing my hair for a number of years now. She listens and offers advice. Plus she’s personality plus. She’s kind and compassionate. The other stylists are friendly and personable as well. Being a senior it’s very convenient for me.

Enjoyed my stylist (Kristen) and like my cut, but I wish I had known that this is a group of independent stylists, and that there is no receptionist. That said, I thought it was a cost-effective and asthetically pleasing result. Four stars for the extremely rough hair washer lady who didn't say a word to me the whole time. But as my stylist said, if you are looking for a "spa experience," then West End isn't really the place for you.
