Not a pleasant experience. It started off very cordial but then the president became very rude and after asking for a few more quotes, I was called a “waste of time” and “POS.” Not professional at all

Called to get information on getting cosmetics made for our company. HORRIBLE customer service. The lasy had a VERY thick accent. I understood her, but it was difficult. That wasn't an issue as much as her raising her voice anytime I asked a question or for more information. When I asked a question.. she refused to give me a straight answer. They do not not do custom. They do not do any labeling, they do not carry or offer any packaging. All labels have to be made and sent to them. All pallets, tubes, and pans must be sent to them. I was frustrated being spoken to the way I was spoken to. 3000 piece minimum and they offer 0 pricing until you go through all their steps before expected to pay. Went to another company and placed a large prder. Better service and offered more.

Most Professional and Overly-Capable lab I've ever been. I love WCC. Shane, Alexia, the staff all they way down to the receptionist, Vianee were beyond helpful, hospitable and CAPABLE!!! Thanks WCC.

Horrible is the only word I can describe this place.

Avoid at all costs! They call you a literal waste of time just for inquiring about prices!
