Wendy's Nails at the Pink Elephant in Cookeville

Edit: Wendy’s Nail’s does not respect customers! Do not give this business your money! Made an appointment for my second visit. Arrived, waited 10 min. Asked when my appointment would start and was told 15-20 min. so I left as I cannot wait 30 min for an appointment I scheduled a week earlier. I do not live in Cookeville and had other appointments scheduled. This is exactly what appointments are for, to have a specific time. Called to rebook and informed them to not book me if they cannot see me at that time and referred to last incident. The lady told me I did not wait last time and then hung up on me. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service in my life. Very unfortunate because I really liked my first nail tech. Oh well, there are a lot of other places to go that respect cust

I spent way too much money trying to find someone in Cookeville that could do a great pink and white set! I was always disappointed and frustrated 😩 Then I found Wendy! I wish I would have found Wendy sooner! Trust me don’t waste your money NO ONE does nails like Wendy 🙌

A great experience. Very talented and friendly. Walk-ins welcome. I did a walk-in for a basic pedicure. Wendy is friendly and I noticed everyone working there is also friendly and beautiful nails for every customer .

unfortunately, Wendy was very unorganized and sloppy with my nails. She rushed me out of her chair and was extremely rude. I understand if I wasn’t doing what she was telling me too but I was trying very hard to understand what she wanted me to do. She kept telling me to stop bending my fingers and when I did she would bend them..? the first pic is the inspo vs what I was left with. These were $80 and not worth it. The ladybug had 0 details and the nails were overall very sloppy.

nails turned out okay, yet the guy cut my fingers in multiple places, only did one coat of color, and there is no reason simple one coat polish on my toes should’ve been $40. the shade choice being too light was my own fault for choosing, but there should’ve been more than one coat and there is no excuse for the pain and all the cuts. definitely not worth $121. people were nice though, other than when the guy cut me i moved and he told me to be still! I’m absolutely appalled by these results i do not recommend this place and the sanitation wasn’t there (their trash can was a milo’s lemonade jug), overall not a good experience!!
