Jack is phenomenal. You can tell they really care here. Super welcoming, all my knots are gone. Also great for the price vs shops in Manhattan that do a half ass job for double the price.

treat myself to a massage here about once every two months and Wendy Spa never disappoints. The space is super clean, the staff is friendly, and they’re open late, which is a huge plus. If you’re someone who actually wants knots worked out, especially if you work out a lot like I do, Jack is your guy. This is not a gentle Swedish massage. He really gets in there and knows exactly what he’s doing. You’ll walk out loose, pain-free, and sleep like a baby afterward. Highly recommend.

After traveling in New York in the cold I could tell my neck was stiff and my husbands legs needed some TLC and that’s exactly what we got. We felt so relaxed after our massages and said next time we’re visiting New York we’ll be back. By far the best massage I’ve ever received.

My friend had a great experience with the lady but I had the most uncomfortable experience with the young man. I felt violated and unsafe. I had to tell him not to have his privates touch the top of my head while getting a massage. It was really weird and uncomfortable I had to cut it short.

My massage therapist was professional and attentive: she asked what pressure I preferred and focused on the knots in my shoulders, but also made sure I was comfortable throughout. The pricing is fair for the quality, especially given the care and skill I received. I appreciated that during the session I wasn’t interrupted — no phone calls, no distractions. The walk into the spa from the street is a little hard to spot, but once you’re inside, everything feels seamless. Would definitely return and already recommended it to a few friends in the area.
