6:05 Am on June 24th, an employee of Wencor proceeded to block the road way with his personal vehicle. He was holding up the road for trucks to exit onto the roadway. If you want to flag your trucks on an extremely low volume road in the morning then follow the proper Mutcd guidelines. If this is any indication of the quality of work that is produced from this corporation then I am not impressed. If anyone witnesses this I would recommend reporting it to the local authorities.
