When I began going to the Well of Life Center I had some doubts about the methods used and effectiveness of supplements for my health. However, in a few months I already experienced better digestion and a cessation from the fatigue left over from having Covid. My digestion was so bad I could only eat vegetables without stomach pain. Now my diet is more balanced. I’m 65 years old and I have the energy to exercise at a local Barre 3 several times a week. In some ways I feel better now than I did in my 20’s. My clinician, Christa is caring and takes the time to listen. The staff is helpful. And the atmosphere is relaxed. I was scheduled for a relaxation sauna and a footbath and my coworkers went above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one. Everyone is very kind, patient & pleasant. If you're looking for a way to relax and pamper your body then I highly recommend coming to The Well.
