I called her last miniute, the evening b4 my birthday. She agreed to come in early and do my hair 2 hours before she opened. I was at the shop she wasn't there. I called and woke her up. She still got to the shop in less than 15 minutes, did my hair and tried to give me a discount. I looked so cute I paid full price anyway.
Called the lady to book an appointment she told me she can take me Tuesday and had a whole client so she never did my hair I called her back because she said that she would take me Wednesday but she never answered her phone so I called her Wednesday morning, today and this lady is saying she never got my call and I should have called after I left a voicemail with her as well !
She always does an excellent job she's the best
