Not respectful of anybody’s time. Made me the girls I recommended wait an hour despite having made an appointment far in advance. They are always joking and posting your face on social media without asking for permission. They take it as far as working on your eyelashes/eyebrows and stoping talk on the phone, eat/drink and then return to work on your face with their fingers smelling like greasy food. They also talk about other clients in a rude matter in Spanish. Very unprofessional, take your money and time elsewhere

I highly recommend this place. I've been doing my eyebrows there for 2 years now and I am very happy with the service and professionalism of Maribel and all the ladys that work in the place. It's a very clean space, really good service, kind people. For me is the best place for doing the eyebrows en Queens and this is comming for one person who travel from Brooklyn once a month only to get the service with Maribel.

Normally, we would not even take the time to write a review unless the place was absolutely fantastic, or absolutely terrible THIS PLACE WAS TERRIBLE!!! This place should not be in business because all they do is take your money and do a horrible job. My girlfriend went there and paid to have eyelash extensions put in. She paid $110 and when they were finished she could not even tell that they had done anything at all. Regardless of how she pointed out that they had done absolutely nothing to enhance her eyelashes, they refused to fix them at all. This is not a place that anyone should go and expect to get good results. Terrible customer service, and terrible knowledge of what to do.
