I have been here quite a few times over the past 5 years and each time I tipped her well because she does a good job to massage. Well I went there today because I was in so much pain I needed a massage urgently. I have a chronic pain issue and some days it’s very bad. I handed her $70 cash because that’s what the board says it costs and I couldn’t afford to tip today. She said the price is $90 because of a $20 tip for her. I said I can’t afford to tip her today. She asked me well why do you get a massage if you don’t have money. She was so rude for no reason! The whole reason I got a massage because I was in an extreme amount of pain and couldn’t move my neck!! I’m not sure why they are demanding tips. I will not be back ever.

I set an appointment at 10 am and I was 15 mins late and I know it's my fault. The front desk lady called me to see if I was coming in. I said I am and I am late and apologized. When I got there, she said my appointment won't work and that she has another customer at 11am and then told me that she took someone else and they are on their way already. She could of told me over the phone that my appointment has been canceled. I then asked twice her if I came at 10 am and how is it that she able to take another when clearly I was there already? Of course, she doesn't really understand English so I didnt want to repeat myself. My impression is that she thought I wasn't going to come in and then decided to take another appointment? This makes no sense if you say you have an appointment at 11am

Audrey is a very professional massage therapist! The hot stone massage is amazing! I really had a wonderful experience here. I would recommend it. I will be back whenever I need a relax time. She is also very friendly. Wishing the best and blessing for your business!

First massage here went awesome and Lucy is amazing! She is flexible with your schedule and knows how to set the mood for a relaxing appointment. The company hours are convenient for all life styles. Would definitely recommend this place!

This place is wonderful! My therapist was just fantastic, and she got me in for a same-day appointment. I haven't had a massage in years and was anxious about it since I had gained weight, but she put my worries about my body to rest right away and was super kind. The 90-minute massage is a really great deal since it includes a hot oil and stone massage. Can't wait to go again!
