I cannot say enough amazing things about Way Out West Med Spa! The entire experience from the moment you walk in is welcoming, professional, and relaxing. Mia is my esthetician, and she is truly incredible at what she does. She is so knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about your skin and the results you want to achieve. My skin has improved so much since seeing her — she takes the time to explain everything and makes every treatment feel customized and intentional. I also had a lash lift and tint with Aurora, and I am obsessed with the results! She did such an amazing job. My lashes look naturally lifted, darker, and fuller without needing mascara. She did an amazing job, I didn't catch the estheticians name, but she did a fabulous job and was very personable! I was brand new to the entire process and she walked me through it and explained everything. I also got my eyebrows waxed too and Mia killed it! She also explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Understanding how to shape eyebrows to complement face shape is truly an art and she nailed it! Everyone was welcoming and kind! Highly recommend both estheticians and this med spa :)

I have been going to McKinley for a couple months now and I absolutely love her and her work. She always takes her time and makes sure my lashes are perfect! Overall besides her work she is very sweet and has never made an awkward situation. She is always understanding when it comes to scheduling and offers evening appointments which are life savers for us stuck with a set work schedule.
