Julia is not ready to be working on clients, she is too inexperienced and should only be allowed to do color under strict supervision. She wrecked my hair yesterday. I have been lightening my hair from brunette to blond gradually over the last few years and she did a root touch up that turned my roots black. Wild. She also did a horrible job blow drying/styling. Just terrible all around. While my hair color definitely needs correction, under no circumstances will I be returning. I fault the owner who was right there and did/said nothing. So awkward for everyone involved and a missed teachable moment for Julia.

I went to Way Above Salon for my wedding hairstyle and it was wonderful! Looked good all day and felt very comfortable. My bridesmaids had beautiful styles, too. Highly recommend!!

Great people and service! My daughter had her hair colored and it was the first time in years she didn’t have any complaints. Great Job.

I had a haircut today February 5, 2024 with Haley. I had very long hair and wanted something different and short. I showed her a picture from my phone and she nailed it! Very good experience, nice and clean shop will definitely go back. Haley did an amazing job. Very sweet young lady!

The entire staff is amazing! Everyone is always polite and courteous. Tracy is fantastic with my hair! She listens and delivers perfectly. Great choice for cuts and styles for all ages!
