Waxing the City

I've gone here a handful of times and have met many different waxers, all of which were super nice and did a great job! This past visit, I got waxed by Abby and had the best wax I've ever gotten. Made sure I was super comfortable and worked super efficiently. I have never been this bald and smooth! Left ZERO hairs!!

Wax was fine. First wax appointment ever. Really wanted to talk about options ended up getting things waxed that I didn’t need waxed because too shy to ask about other bits. Pushed hard into contract. Check in very impersonal. I pad check in?! Didn’t know that was a thing now. I need out of contract but moving and my schedule does not work with waver lady but somehow pushed to make it work while she was rarely there by taking time off? Idk what happened to me. Bringing in a friend next time to help me sort it out as I feel very stressed and shamed while in the space. Also I changed stars because I see there is a lot of conflict if low stars given here.

My first time coming to a wax company in years and I must say I loved my experience. No exaggeration, I had a great experience. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming, immediately greeted me with kindness. The place is very clean and smells good. My waxer was Abby B, she did a wonderful job! Abby made me feel so comfortable, she was very educational, very professional and we literally talked the whole time! She made me feel confident and heard. Sam is my waxer. She makes me comfortable and is super nice. Her work is gentle, thorough, and symmetrical. Couldn't ask for more.

I have been getting my brows done. Also, my face and underarms. I have less hair than when I started. The key is to be consistent with waxing. I am very pleased with Waxing The City.
