Waxing The City

I had a wonderful first time experience with Waxing the City team here in Columbia. I treated myself to brow tint and wax. I immediately saw a difference throughout my service and signed up for the Club Orange membership right after my appointment! I look forward to my monthly appointments with Gema. The establishment is very clean and plenty of parking!

I wanted to wait a few days after my service to make sure my review was as honest as possible. As I was going to get my hair done I saw the spa/salon and decided to go in and see what they were about. I was greeted so warmly with so many beautiful smiles and eager to help me get the services that I needed. It was super clean in the lobby area and in the rooms as well. Destiny was my esthetician for the day and this was the best wax I’ve ever had and I’ve been waxing myself for 4 years. They are nothing like EWC or the professional estheticians you stumble across on instagram (shout out to the girls!). Such an amazing experience! I used to go to EWC, but Waxing the City has become my new go-to. Destiny is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt so comfortable and didn't feel rushed at all. Highly recommend booking with her! (Also, definitely look into their membership if you’re a regular—it saves a ton of money!) 🌟

Recently had a wax here and it was soo clean, the staff were soo sweet and inviting, and the wax itself was AMAZING! Barely any pain, and my tech was gentle and soo good!

I am so in Love with this new establishment! I had a full leg and Brazilian done by Ms. Destiny. It was fast, smooth and flawless!!!!! The hair is growing back so slow and smooth I’m just loving it.
