Jenn is absolutely amazing. She’s professional, efficient, and instantly makes you feel comfortable. The day before my appointment, she gave really helpful tips on how to prep to ensure a flawless wax, which made a big difference. She explains everything as she goes, checks in often, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. The space is clean, the experience is quick but thorough, and the results are always perfect. She’s at the Rockledge location, and I highly recommend booking with her.

Love the waxers, Naja and Ileana, but the policies are definitely a HUGE SCAM. I had a monthly membership and, because I didn’t come in every month, I accumulated several unused credits. When I brought a friend in and tried to use my credits to cover both of our services, I was told that wasn’t allowed. This was confusing, as the membership agreement clearly states: “Unused paid services in membership can be used as store credit. Store credit can be gifted to one spouse, sibling, parent, or friend.” What isn’t made clear is that the only way to convert those unused services into store credit is to cancel your membership — which means forfeiting the monthly service you’ve already paid for. Alexandra is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. She’s super professional but also so sweet.. her energy just puts you at ease instantly. Conversation is always so pleasant & jovial. My waxes are always quick, smooth, and flawless every single time. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and truly knows what she’s doing. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else.. One of the best waxing services I’ve ever had. Being new to this area and not knowing anyone I was pleasantly surprised that I came across this place. Brittney did a great job and it was pain free due to the type of wax they used. Highly recommend this place for all your waxing needs
