I went to Hisako for a facial and gel manicure with nail art. Loved both services!!! This was my first time getting a facial from Hisako and it was phenomenal. My skin felt so much softer and more moisturized:) Hisako has done my nails in the past and I always love the results. I have to keep my nails short and am constantly washing my hands, these manis stand up to it. I love the fun designs she uses that are adapted to fit on shorter nails. The space was so comfortable and so CLEAN!!:) I just loved the whole experience thank you!!

I rarely get my nails done, but decided to take a leap and do a bit of self-care. So glad I booked with Sako! She made me feel at ease during our session. She’s really sweet and fun to talk to, and meticulous with her work. She even used fingerless gloves to protect my skin from the UV curing lamp for gel polish. PS-Highly recommend her for nail art!

I was in search of a Japanese Nail Artist in the DMV, which is extremely hard to come by in this area. Luckily, Hisako works right outside of DC near the Bethesda metro which allowed me to easily make a trip out to her. Hisako is so friendly and easy to communicate with and made my first experience with Japanese Gel Nail very pleasant! Hisako is exceptionally careful and meticulous with her work, and it clearly shows in the end results. She took into account the art inspirations I was looking for, and asked frequently if I was happy with her creative direction. The studio is very cozy and Hisako does her best to keep you comfortable, which is great since the session does take quite a bit of time. Haven’t had my nails professionally done in years, but I’m so glad I came to Sako when I decided to get them done again! Her studio is simple and clean and she made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly.
