I had a great experience here! The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The facial was relaxing and left my skin glowing, and the waxing was quick and done with care. Highly recommend!

My son has been suggesting I go for a while and I finally did. Excellent. I got a basic eyebrows, lip, and chin waxing. Julia was so gentle. It was nothing like my past experiences elsewhere. She even groomed my brows. I felt so pampered. For fun I asked her to tint them slightly. IDK what perfect storm I created, but they were gorgeous when I left. I walked down the street in 90 degree heat to The Bullfrog for an outdoor lunch with my son, and then walked back to my car. I looked at them again and they had become so dark! Oh, no! I went back in and they immediately noticed. They took me back and gently softened the tint to a much nicer shade. Well done! Thank you team! (Sorry, I don't know names yet.)

I didn't know what a facial entailed before my appointment with Tonique. She explained everything and put me at ease. It was an incredible experience and I felt utterly refreshed after. I will be back!!

So I came here today for my regular waxing session and the esthetician did and amazing job, however the front desk lady had the audacity to tell me I had a previous balance because I had cancelled my appointment one time when I was sick. Mind you I called that day and rescheduled and no one mentioned there will be a fee. I find this outrageous especially because I am a regular at this place!!! Then she proceeds to say, “it’s just $20, it’s not like I am trying to rip you off”!!! Excuse me??? If it was just $20 why don’t you ignore the balance then? I remember 3 appointments ago when I went there and I got a different esthetician than Toni and she did a horrible job and left hair and wax all over the place. I complained and no one said anything! I do not remember her crediting my account

Looking for a place to get your first facial or just a place you feel comfortable? This is 100% it! Julia gave me my first facial today and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! She was very kind and gentle with everything! The environment here is amazing all the other staff members greet you with warm smiles and good energy!
