Loved it here! Charm is such an amazing sweet soul. She's very thorough explaining everything throughout. I recently moved back to Rochester and I've struggled to find my self care people, but Charm is it! Her pricing is very fair for this area. I love that she's very mindful of the products she uses. As someone that is also very concerned with products' quality it was refreshing to here! And hard wax is where it's at. I was very excited to see that's what she uses.
