Sally was phenomenal! I walked in for a chin waxing and was helped immediately—no wait at all. The customer service was top-tier, and the entire staff was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. From start to finish, my experience was absolutely wonderful, and I can’t wait to come back for more services. I usually don’t like writing negative reviews, but this is the first time I’ve had this experience. Nash did my eyebrows for the first time, and the service felt very rushed and painful. She was also very pushy about tinting, which I was not interested in. The threading was done quickly, and I didn’t realize until afterward that my eyebrows weren’t fully done and my upper lip still had hair. It was disappointing, especially since it seemed like she was in a hurry because there were more customers waiting.

I’m loyal to my brow lady but had to find someone closer to me so that I wasn’t driving 35 mins each time and this is the spot! Sally did my eyebrow threading and tint - she’s super sincere and attentive! Def recommend!

Very clean establishment and the girls are very sweet as well. They prices are different on the website so just a heads up. But the service it self was fast and efficient. The only odd thing was during check out they kept asking me my age and telling me I look too young. The owner came up and demanded my ID which I have never had happen at a wax service. I don’t not feel comfortable showing them my info and since I’ve been here before it felt off. I kindly rejected. Update : the owner reached out and explained the situation and apologized. I can appreciate her dedication to her business and wanting to keep her customers happy.
