Five stars isn't nearly enough! I've tried several wax studios over the years and nothing comes close to this one. From the moment you walk in, Raven at the front desk makes you feel so welcome and at ease. She sets the tone for the whole experience. The staff makes you feel so comfortable, professional, and genuinely caring every single visit. It's the kind of place where you actually look forward to your appointment. I have to give a special shoutout to Aimee, the owner, who is not only the most enjoyable person to be around but has also created a phenomenal product line! As someone with extremely sensitive skin, finding products that don't irritate me has been a real struggle. The wax and skincare products Aimee has created are absolutely incredible. I've always had a great experience at Wax Lab Weho; been going there for several years. It's become an essential part of my manscaping routine. I also love chatting with Aimee, whether she's working on me or just at the front desk. She's a wonderful part of the Weho community! Also, my waxes there consistently have the least irritation and red bumps of any I've gotten--they're great at the post-treatment process.

Let me tell you something! I was in town visiting my daughter and I really needed a wax. I called, last minute, and they were able to fit me in. Terrell was my wax specialist and he was amazing! He took great care of me. Literally the best wax I’ve ever had I hardly felt it & babay when I tell you he got every book he did his thang! Thanks Terrell!

I've been coming here six years and counting! This is more than a waxing appointment; it's essential self-care. Michelle is an absolute pro who makes you feel completely at ease during what might otherwise be a painful and/or uncomfortable experience. She's honestly a therapeutic miracle-worker!
