Wax Lab NYC

After having a really bad waxing experience somewhere else recently, I decided to try Wax Lab NYC and I’m so glad I did. Rakai did my Brazilian wax and she was amazing. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and she was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She was professional, kind, and clearly knew what she was doing. She completed my Brazilian in about 15 minutes and did a thorough job, which was such a relief after my last experience. The service felt efficient but never rushed, and she made the whole appointment easy and comfortable. I really appreciated how respectful and understanding she was. I’ll definitely be coming back to Rakai for my waxes from now on. Highly recommend!

Rakhi is a true professional. After trying THREE different waxers--all who either double dipped, didn't wear gloves, left a ton of hair behind, left wax on me, or made me break out after--I have finally found someone who doesn't do any of that and takes her time. I'm so glad I found Rakhi and I couldn't recommend her services enough!

Absolutely love Rakhi! I have been going to her for over a year for waxing and lash lift services, and she always does the best job. She is so considerate and nice, and gets the waxing done so quick! My lashes turn out amazing every time, and get healthier with each lift and tint session :) 100/10

I booked a Brazilian wax service after reading the reviews and they were not exaggerating. This place is a hidden gem - -Rakhi really understands customer service. The place is super cute and gives a comfy / cozy vibe and she has a very down to earth personality. Felt like I was talking to an old friend , she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The service itself was super quick with bare minimum pain which is something I have never experienced , she truly is a master in her field. Thank you Rakhi , I have finally found my go to spot :)
