I came to Ashley initially looking for eyebrow shaping & tinting because my brows can be so uneven and it can be a hassle sometimes filling in my eyebrows everyday. I absolutely love the results whenever she shapes and tints my brows! They last me at least 2 weeks, look great, and save me so much time in my day-to-day routine!! After many eyebrow sessions, I graduated to her lash lift service and body waxing, and she does an amazing job all around with all her services!! She’s thorough in her work, very kind in nature, super gentle, and is overall great! Would definitely recommend to any and everyone ◡̈

I try and keep up with my brows as best I can on my own, but a few times a year I need to call in an expert. Wax in The Heights is cozy and clean and Ashley did an amazing job shaping my brows exactly the way I like them. Not only that, but she talked me through how my skincare products could impact my freshly waxed skin and what to avoid for the first 12 hours so that I would not irritate my skin further. She went above and beyond and really took her time with me to make sure I was happy and all my questions were answered.
