I had such a great experience with Jenn! She is incredibly professional, gentle, and really makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Her waxing technique is amazing and quick, thorough, and way less painful than I expected. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Everything was very clean and well organized, and she explained everything along the way which I really appreciated. I’m honestly so happy with the results and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a great waxing specialist!

Lydia did phenomenal on my brows, went in a few weeks ago and they have barely grown back at all! Not to mention they were perfectly symmetrical. Will definitely go back again!

The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The owner is so friendly and made the experience very comfortable. I was nervous because I got my period the night before my wax but it was not an issue at all. She also has a loyalty rewards card and every $50 you get a punch. After 9 punches you get a free Brazilian or $50 towards other services. She is one of a few I’ve found who offers complete full body waxing. She also does permanent jewelry and has aftercare products available for purchase. She has discounts for students on top of very fair wax pricing, which is rare in the waxing world.

Jenn is phenomenal! So body positive. Makes you feel comfortable and right at home. I've been going to her for over a year now, and my only regret is not going to her earlier!

I have been looking for a new place to go to get my eyebrows done in the brockport area since moving to this area . Took a chance and walked in Jenn was absolutely SO welcoming!!!! She did a fantastic job ( I am very particular with my brows) she was so easy to talk to and just so incredibly kind made sure I was satisfied with everything!!!! I normally do not do reviews however, there is not to many businesses that care about their customers these days . I highly recommend her !!!
