Wax Brow Bar

The atmosphere was very nice and clean. I came in for a wax and didnt realize it was a sugar wax which I could've missed in the print and it was fine. But I also got a brow shaping and she just tweezed. I should've taken photos, my eyebrows looked terrible, I was very disappointed for the price I paid. I genuinely thought it was a joke. My eyebrows are rather thin but she still she didnt give them shape and the pencil she used was dark and I looked like i had crayon on brows. I 1000% wont be back. Edit: I've attached screenshots reflecting this is the correct address and receipt of my service. Therefore, I did review the correct business, and I just wanted to leave a honest review, I did not anticipate a poor experience given the other reviews are so nice. Try it but be aware.

I went in with a friend who had multiple things done. Her eyebrows are a natural look. However, they were dyed, trimmed, waxed, and plucked. The dye was a blue black that matched her hair and skin perfectly. This whole process was done with absolute precision. This took under thirty minutes. The result was so amazing, I had my eyebrows waxed as well. My brows looked perfect too! There are two sisters working here. Alexis did my brows and the older sister Madeline did my friend's. This place is on 5th Avenue next to the MMission Church and above the ground floor Propaganda Museum. Second Floor through the hallway. My eyebrow waxing was $30. I would return and recommend this place.

I can't recommend Wax Brow Bar enough! Alexis is the best - she works to get to know you and what the right services are. For me, she made changes that were gradual and natural, I am even tempted to stop hiding my brows with bangs for the first time. The salon is pristine and welcoming - really the best! I use far less makeup now too! Thank you Alexis!

Highly recommend Madalyn at Wax Brow Bar! Madalyn was incredibly attentive to my needs and concerns, and her execution was impeccable. The studio is lovely and has a calming, inviting vibe. 10/10! Will definitely be booking again soon.

I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I’ve gotten my brows done at Wax Brow Bar! The staff is so friendly and makes me feel comfortable, and my brows look amazing after every appointment. Love this spot!
