Wax Bar & Skin

I was scheduled for a 3:30 service today, but no one showed up. I called multiple times, left a message, and received no response. Complete waste of time without getting the service I needed.

I made a reservation and had it confirmed via email and text. I drove 20 minutes there and waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. I called the owner three times, left a voicemail, and was never called back or even told why. I’m a pretty understanding person (especially with small businesses) but would never recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional, rude and unreliable.

I highly recommend Prisca at the Wax Bar in Naples! Professional, reasonably priced, clean and dependable. She is the Owner/Operator so quality service is what you can expect when you support this local business.

Beautiful esthetics, very quaint and cozy! The wax technicians are excellent!
