Worst salon Experience in my life have never been treated so badly by an owner! Booked appointment 12 weeks in advance with extra time for Alma to do my hair for full highlight, she acted like my hair was an inconvenience. During the service she stated she didn't have enough time to foil my whole head, to hide her sloppy work she toned it dark! My hair is left looking terrible during holidays, and they refused to fix it! I have never received such horrible customer service when this is the industry that's suppose to excel at it major fail!!

I've been coming to Alma for almost two years now, and she consistently does an amazing job! She truly listens to what I want and always brings it to life. Alma has expertly helped me transition from bright blonde to a more natural brown-blonde highlight, and I'm always thrilled with the results. She is extremely gentle and wonderful to spend time with. Alma is the best! Shout out to Logan as well for also being so warm and welcoming.

My daughter booked an appointment online about a month ago to be able to get highlights done before a photo shoot. Just one day before her appointment, she got a call saying that they would not honor the appointment because there was a glitch in the system. They made no effort to work her in and were not particularly apologetic. My daughter previously had highlights done at the salon and she was really happy with the results, but that time also they rescheduled her appointment at the last moment.

I’ve been seeing Jewels (Julianna) at Waves since 2019, and she still knocks it out of the park every time! She's consistently talented from countless cuts, colors, and bang trims over the years, radiates pure sunshine, and I always leave happier than when I walked in. The salon is welcoming, gorgeous, and spotless, and Jewels makes every appointment relaxed and fun. I couldn’t recommend her more!

This was my first visit to Waves Hair Salon. I was impressed right away. It is very secure. The door is locked at all times. Drinks are offered right away the minute I walked in and throughout. Everybody is very friendly and this place is very clean. As I sat there waiting for my appointment (I got there very early) I watched everybody that left that salon. I watched also some people they came in and left after hair was done. Everybody had great color, highlights, cuts and styles. My friend and her daughter came here 2 month ago and again last week. I got my highlights done by Elida so did my friend. Best highlights and style I have gotten. I love my new look. I will be back to get my highlights done again by Elida.
