Great experience! The Dr was very thorough. They took great care to explain what they were doing step by step and why with my insurance and pain tolerance (most in important imo) in mind. Made a plan with many alternatives available to me at the time.

Great practice. Dr Sood is a great dentist, gentile And caring. Her assistant Rose, and office manager Ken are both friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Dental office.

I consistently have issues with the receptionist Kenneth, who most recently cut me off during a conversation on the phone by saying "stop stop" then told me I "sounded annoyed" and hung up on me. The first time I went and scheduled a follow-up appointment, I asked for a physical reminder (paper, card with written info on it), Ken told me, "no one asks for that anymore. Plus you are young, you should be able to remember." I truly enjoy the women that work there and wish I didn't have such a barrier to enter.

I was initially hesitant to find a new dentist for my daughter after a previous bad experience elsewhere. But Dr. Neha Sood and her team completely changed that. The care my daughter received was excellent, and Dr. Sood was incredibly kind and professional. The front desk staff was also very helpful, clearly explaining what was and wasn't covered under our dental plan. Because of the outstanding care and trust they've earned, we've now made this our dentist office for the whole family. Highly recommended!
