Its a secret very talented hair stylist of the elite of East Hampton. Everything from the sweet ladies that treat you like family to the quemicals they use and their skills is amazing. I would say their specialty is blonde color. My hair is never damaged after coloring it so much. Been going there for years! Not to mention their amazing prices specially compared to the “up scale wanna be” salons in the area

The rudest service by Maria I’ve ever experienced. I’m trying to reach the owner to explain what happened. I’m shocked they have people like her attending the salon. I do not recommend this place not because of there service, which I didn’t receive, but because of how she treated me. She even had the nerve to say I must not be from around here!! Ruby Garcia is the owner!

I just called and the women who picked up the phone didn't say her name, so I asked her name, and she asked me with a frustrated tone "what do you want?" I proceeded to tell her I'd like to address her by name. She said "we are very busy" and hung up on me. If the customer service is like that I would not recommend anyone to go. I am a manager for a very successful salon in EH and this is not how I treat my clients. That just shows you the "type" of salon it is... So then I called back and she seemed frustrated. If so she is not the ONE for the front desk. I've spoken my peace and wish the salon names WATERS EDGE HAIR SALON at 538 Montauk Hwy Amagansett, NY 11930 good luck!
