From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The massage was by far the best massage I've ever had and Rebecca really made it an enjoyable experience! I highly recommend going here if you are looking for the most relaxing massage!

Very Relaxing and clean environment. Came in last week for a skin care consultation with Brittany. Brittany is very sweet and helpful..I told her What my goals were for my face and she gave me recommendations, she was totally focused on me and very caring. Went back today and got my chemical peel done. Brittany made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Can’t wait to see my results... very happy customer!! Already scheduled another appointment for next month.

Love the atmosphere & the polite employees. I received a haircut from their new hire, Daniel, AMAZING job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted & he nailed it. My husband sat comfortably in the warm waiting room; with different magazines to choose from! ❤️

Waters Edge Day Spa in Richland sold my husband a gift card in fall of 2021 for a couples massage. At which point they knew that they did not have the staffing to accommodate that- I know because I immediately tried to book it. For 2 years I’ve attempted to get on their books- Ive done the whole waiting for them to open up the schedule and I’ve never been able to get in for a couples massage let alone anything else that they offer. I spoke with Rebecca today and was told that I just need to keep trying when their books open. After 2 years of trying, my guess is that it’s not going to work out. Not to even mention the fact that getting a massage shouldn’t be this difficult. She eventually hung up on me when I didn’t accept ‘you’ve had more than a year to use this gift card’ as an answer.
