Waterfalls Spa

So relaxing!! If you’re a local or come here frequently get a membership! Water softened hot showers, dry sauna, lockers, complimentary robes, slippers, toiletries, drinks, lovely music and sweet professional staff. Salon services are great here as well. Beautiful location at Greek Peak. Clean and well maintained. I do believe they should make the 20% gratuity charge optional.

Very lovely spa! I got to spend my birthday in the Balneo tub, then came back for a facial & pedicure. I've been struggling with horrible acne my whole life, Alanna was able to customize a facial and recommend some products to help. The products are pricey, but they are 100% worth it. I purposely waited just after 2 weeks to leave this review so I could see the effects. My skin is clearing up, my pedicure is still looking good, and I really enjoyed the privacy with the tub soak. Photos are of the changing room that includes a sauna, and the balneo tub with color changing lights.

Extremely predatory buisness practices. They charge 20% gratuity but dont list it anywhere on their site except a small blurb in the cancelation policy. They also failed to charge the correct card after the appointments and the services cost more than the listed prices. The facilities were okay but not worth the price tag.

I had a wonderful time at the spa getting my nails done today with Rachel. She does an amazing job and the spa is so relaxing and fun as well. I love going there and every time they make me feel so welcome and happy and they have such great massage sessions and facial services as well. Everyone should have the experience and treat themselves I highly recommend them!!!

Had a beautiful afternoon at the spa with my daughter and my son’s girlfriend. The staff was friendly and professional. Heather did such a great job I was so relaxed I dozed off! Highly recommend Waterfalls Spa!
